We love the new touch system. I especially like the data warehousing feature...wherever I am I can pull reports on my salons with my PDA... it helps keep me mobile and in touch. Since my accountant is able to access our bank accounts online, the data warehousing function enables us to run our organization as a virtual company. We are able to grow our organization without the added overhead of an administrative office... this means more money in the budget for stylist salaries and benefits!

The salondata.com and Salon Consolidator programs are saving me hours of time each week, by automatically pulling all of the data from my salons into one report for analysis purposes. I love the ease at which I can now do my bank deposit verifications with the report that prints the expected deposits for each day by deposit type. Great Clips has finally "touched" the future of technology for our salons. I have been using the touch system for about six weeks and I am amazed at the options General Managers and Salon Owners have to obtain data quickly. Being able to use Excel spreadsheets really helps show Salon Managers where they are with their goals. The reports are well designed and the printing is fast. Training new employees is a breeze compared to the old DOS based program. Once you know the basics, you can easily navigate through most any window.
