Innovative Computer Software (ICS) creates industry-leading mobile apps such as Net Check In (used by millions as Online Check In by Great Clips) and POS management software on the Apple iOS platform.
ICS is looking for a bright, positive person to assist our customers who have questions regarding ICS software. The successful candidate will have a positive attitude and a history of serving customers and utilizing technology on iPads and iPhones.
We are hiring a technical support person for a full-time salaried position with a comprehensive benefits package.
Responsibilities:
• Answer and resolve end-user questions remotely
• Escalate issues to the appropriate ICS teams or partners when needed
• Record, track, and report on issues
• Test new software
• Communicate new features and software changes to customers
Requirements:
• Comfortable learning new software
• Able to communicate how software functions in a courteous manner
• Able to troubleshoot software issues
Pluses:
• Experience with iPads, iPhones & Macs
• Experience troubleshooting common connectivity / network issues
