What personal information is collected? How is the information collected?

ICS may collect and store personal information in order to provide you with the services you have requested. The personal information may include a name, phone number, device information (for example, unique device identifiers, mobile network information, device date and time), application usage information, text messaging log information (for example, time and date of text messages, routing information) geo-location, IP address and device sensor information (for example, accelerometer and gyroscope information to better understand location and movement). The information is collected when you enter the information or may be automatically collected when you use our application. For example, you may have entered your name and then, the next time you use the application, your name appears automatically. If you have enabled location services, your device may share location information with our websites, mobile applications, services or our service providers

In addition, ICS may use third party service providers to assist with the administration of the application or to perform services for you. Third parties, such as, for example, Google Services and Amazon Web Services, may be supplied with or have access to personal information solely to provide services to us or to you on our behalf. For example, if you have enabled location services, a map service such as Google Services, may share your location through your device. Our Privacy Policy does not cover these third party service providers. Please contact these third party companies directly for more information about their privacy policies.

How is my personal information used?

ICS uses your personal information to provide you with the products and services you have requested, including entering you into a waiting queue for a service. For example location services may be used to locate a business near you to display wait times for its services. Or, precise geo-location may be used to alert a business when you arrive there that you are waiting nearby.

You may opt-out of all collection of information by ICS by uninstalling this App from your mobile device.

You may request deletion of your personal information. If you request the deletion of personal information that we collect or maintain about you, ICS will delete or anonymize the personal data so that it no longer identifies you, unless, ICS is legally allowed or required to maintain certain personal data, including situations such as (i) where ICS is required to retain the personal data for ICS' legal, tax, audit, and accounting obligations, ICS will retain the necessary personal data for the period required by applicable law; and/or, (ii) where necessary for ICS' legitimate business interests such as fraud prevention or to maintain the security of ICS users.

ICS does not sell personal information.

How is my information shared?

ICS may share information with third party service providers so that these companies can perform their functions on your behalf. Third parties, such as, for example, Google Service or Amazon Web Services, may provide map or location information or text messaging services. ICS limits information shared with service providers to what is necessary to provide you with the services you may request.

Please note that ICS may disclose information we collect when we believe disclosure is appropriate to comply with the law; to enforce or apply applicable terms and conditions and other agreements; or to protect the rights, property or safety of our company, our customers or others.

How is my personal information protected?

ICS uses physical, electronic and procedural controls common in the industry to protect any personal information from unauthorized access and from unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction. Such controls include, for example, use of encryption, firewalls, use of user IDs and passwords, and restricting employee access to personal information as appropriate (e.g. only on a need to know basis). ICS continually reviews and updates our security policies and controls as technology changes to ensure ongoing personal information security.

What choices do I have?

You are not required to provide the personal information requested, but, if you chose not to do so, in many cases we will not be able to provide you with ICS products or services or respond to any queries you may have.

You may opt-out of all collection of information by ICS by uninstalling this App from your mobile device.

You may opt out of location services by turning off location services on your device.

You may request deletion of your personal information. ICS also may collect and store non-identifiable or aggregate data to provide, maintain and protect the software and services and to improve and develop new ones. ICS may share non-identifiable or aggregate information with third parties for lawful purposes.
